We do not submerge test coupons in salt water for a short time and and say that the results mean anything. We run long-term tests in real world conditions. The tests are run side by side, so we know that each coupon treated with a different product sees exactly the same corrosion conditions.

The answer is: because we tested TC-11 against the other corrosion inhibitors.
To make the tests even better, we photograph the test coupons every day so you can actually see the test coupons rust.
These tests were conducted in an outdoor environment exposed to variable weather conditions you would expect with everyday use of TC-11.
